Champaign Police Department joins community food drive to support Eastern Illinois Foodbank

Champaign, IL – The Champaign Police Department announced it will participate in a community food drive from November 10 through November 21 to support the Eastern Illinois Foodbank.

Residents are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items to help local families in need. Donations can be dropped off starting next week at two locations: the Champaign Police Department, located at 82 E. University Avenue, and the Champaign City Building at 102 N. Neil Street.

Champaign Police are joining other area law enforcement agencies in this effort to combat food insecurity and provide assistance to residents throughout the region.
